New version, Blackberry SDK, upcoming features and more

Hello Countly fans!

We know you have been waiting for the new version of shiny’n groovy Countly mobile analytics platform. Well wait is over, keep reading until you click the download button ;-)

New version: Countly 12.07

First and foremost, our baby is now version 12.07, introducing Platformsand Application Version view. That means, you will be able to see, in true real-time:

  1. Total sessions, total users and new users for different application versions
  2. Platforms and platform versions breakdown for iOS & Android

For a list of all changes that goes in 12.07, see the changelog here.

Upcoming: Blackberry 7 & Blackberry 10 SDK

We started working with a RIM partner to provide Blackberry SDKs for Blackberry 7 OS (BB7) & BBX (Blackberry 10 OS). This way, supported SDKs will extend to another big player in smartphone world.

Keep watching us!

Upcoming: Custom events

As most of you are aware, we are working on an unobtrusive way to collect and visualize events generated in your app. These events can be used to track in-app purchases (of course, drilled down to time series), finding locations of where the player dies most, or more detailed findings like whether the user gave up playing the game after a specific level. That said, you are the limit to find out what’s not working in your application, and make necessary amendments to increase loyalty that’ll turn to more sales.

More information later!
